Christmas Brunch 2010

This year we decided to change things up. In the past, we usually had a Christmas Dinner, but for 2010 we all agreed to host a Brunch on Sunday December 26th. It's our 4th year hosting and we are basically pros at this LOL; good food and great company. My favorite part is the cooking and having some much needed girl time before our guests arrive. The start of the blizzard didn't stop us from having our brunch, even though the guest list this year gradually got smaller in one day! This year it was nice and intimate. Maybe we can alternate in the future; next year a dinner and the following year another brunch. Either way, this year was a success.

Our Meal: Fruit salad, plain eggs and eggs with red and green peppers and onions, croissants, pancakes, chocolate chip banana bread, corn muffins and apple cinnamon muffins, home fries and mimosas!
