The shopbop Wedding Boutique has finally arrived, with such great timing at that :) NO we aren't planning any weddings but there is a wedding approaching from a family memeber and we have been asked to help pick out bridesmaid dresses :)...SO FUN.
Shopbops Wedding Boutique: a forward approach to dressing for “I do” featuring exclusive gowns, pretty frocks for the bridal party, and a complementary collection of accessories and lingerie. Have a look: http://bit.ly/SBwedding
“We really feel that becoming a wedding resource to our customers is the right move, especially when we see so many amazing styles out there that often make us stop and say, ‘wouldn't that make a gorgeous bridal gown or bridesmaid dress?” “We have a strong inclination that our girl wants to wear something that provides her with fashion and quality, yet also wants a cool alternative to department stores or bridal shops.” -says Kate Ciepluch, Shopbop’s Fashion Director.
Shopbop already showcases a great variety of dresses that are appropriate for brides and bridesmaids, but they have decided to further develop this idea and create a curated boutique with a unique customer experience that offers elevated service and inspiring editorial content. The Wedding Boutique is geared toward the fashion-conscious woman who wants a dress that perfectly suits her style and personality.
The list of designers stand as such: from Catherine Deane, Halston Heritage, Thread Social, Thakoon, Lela Rose, Temperley London, Jenni Kayne, and Ports 1961, and bridesmaid dresses from Lela Rose, Notte by Marchesa, Alice + Olivia, Leila Hafzi, and Rachel Pally, to name a few.
Here are some of the dresses that stand out to us:
The Wedding Boutique will also carry lingerie and gift sets, as well as accessories from Giuseppe Zanotti, Lauren Merkin, and Loeffler Randall to complement each and every gown.
